We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Officer!
Rujo Agri-Trade is growing and we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in Tamale, Northern Region, Ghana!
If you have a sharp eye for detail and want to help maintain the highest standards in agricultural inputs and services, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the quality of agricultural inputs and services meets company standards
- Conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations of products and processes
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality assurance
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within agriculture or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
